We are seeking an IT Project Lead to join our Technology team.
The mission of this role is to manage small, medium, and large-scale technology projects at both local and international levels, ensuring the successful implementation of new technological solutions that enhance operational efficiency and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate technology projects from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
Gather and analyze system requirements in collaboration with different business areas.
Evaluate internal and external technology solutions, ensuring operational continuity and alignment with corporate standards.
Oversee project execution and manage the work of external teams or technology partners.
Maintain clear and effective communication with local and international stakeholders, leading meetings and providing progress updates.
Support process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT function.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
3–4 years of experience managing or coordinating technology projects (experience in the automotive industry is a plus).
Foundational knowledge of programming languages, IT systems, architecture, and operational workflows.
Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar).
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Experience with reporting and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Strong communication and coordination skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary and international teams.
